The controversial valentine's day is finally over with pink chaddis all over. I mean everyone already knew that the "so called activists" will be wandering to catch hold of couples then whats d god damn point in celebrating 14th feb? as if you dont love ur partner on any other day or by giving gifts on d D day wud increase ur love. wats d logic? wouldn't it be better if everyone chooses one other day of 364 days left and celebrate(days being different for different ppl like aniversaries). In this way the activists willbe happy dat 14th feb wont b celebrated & u'll hav an official day to celebrate aswell. I dont mean to hurt anybody feelings but atleast we will have one lesser issue to deal with and d country can b a more peaceful place to live in.
PS - pardon me if i wrote anythin u dint like..it was my 1st attempt at blogging so please bear with me. i'll try n improve.

ReplyDeleteVery thoughtful of u Midha.. I am in complete agreement with you.. that selecting a day as per your convenience and celebrating valentines day..is one of the crude solutions to this problem but first and most important problem is to find a date..lol.. ;)

ReplyDeletethe point here I am making is that they will find any other news to impose their will on others, get media attention to announce themselves that they still exist..put fear in the minds of people etc ...ours is a free country...I certainly didn't give them right to force anything upon me..who are they to say what should I do or not..
I am a normal person I will not do anything that will prompt them to beat me up.. but hell I'll show them the democratic way :D.. bring on elections :P

celebrating 'ur' or some 'universally acclaimed type' special day has nybodyz n everybdyz personal take. leav dis on them. i feel special dayz ko manaane ka apne hi mazaa hai. u know u r wid ur family n frnds thru out d year but it is still d most special to celebrate ur birthday. y bother urself just bcoz its v-day.....if u feel like special on som day den juz go for it...dnt think abt nething or nebdy. these "ANTI" people hav nothin to do in life.juzz forget dem...goli maaro inhe :P

ReplyDeletegreat thoughts by a great friend of mine.well the idea to solve the whole problm over v-day was quiet cool i do agree over it..but yaar being in a democratic country we have the right to celebrate any day in any way we want and those who tries to stop or molest the people over this i think they are nothing but just attention seekers. so i believe ki v-day toh celebrate hona hi chahye aur woh bhi with more enthusiasm..
